Abdou Bensouda has extensive experience in finance and management. In addition, he trained as an engineer. He started his career as an engineer with Westinghouse. There, he served as a software engineer and a program manager. Mr. Bensouda, an investment professional, has held different financial, executive as well as managerial positions since 1995.

He has 20-plus years’ experience in general management, venture capital, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) transactions, and business reorganization. Mr. Bensouda was a managing director for Finaventures, a venture capital and advisory firm. He has an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Massachusetts’ Babson College.

Mr. Bensouda was a senior executive at BMCE Bank Group before joining Finaventures. He was responsible for investments in excess of $100 million in high-tech start-ups and joint ventures (JVs) with leading technology firms, while at BMCE. He held engineering and program management positions at the Westinghouse Electronic System Division before BMCE.
