Both companies are alternative energy development companies. Morocco has set a goal of producing 42% of its electricity from renewable energy sources by 2020.

It is in a position to employ its understanding of the Moroccan infrastructure during its partnership with Greensolver. Greensolver is a third-party provider of services to the renewables sector. It is looking to develop its reach to new markets.

The 2 companies offer to local institutions, industry, investors, as well as others, a turnkey solution for the development, construction and operation of wind and solar farms. Finatech and Greensolver will jointly develop and market a comprehensive variety of services devoted to solar-photovoltaic and wind power in Morocco.
